Fitness eval with Lisa. She'll print out results and will give them to me on Wednesday. I want to lose 70 lbs.
In addition to the fitness eval [step up and down for 3 mins, 1 minute of sit ups, 7 (that was how many i could do) push ups and a flexibility test ( I did very well] I did10 minutes on the treadmill while watching tv.
I started writing everthing down in my log book. Key. And I might buy myself a kitchen scale.
Salmon and broccoli will be my mainstay for dinner and I bet that the Daily Bagel's veggie hummus wrap might become my lunchtime staple. I need to start getting up in time to make oatmeal for breakfast. That'll be my goal for tomorrow.
In tomorrow's post i'll set some other goals...short and longterm.
